Pete joined Robinson Rubber in 2016 as the Engineering Manager. Over the years he held the position as Co-President and purchased the company in 2022.

Before becoming part of Robinson, Pete accumulated over 13 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding senior-level engineering positions. In these roles, he supervised six diverse manufacturing lines that supported molding operations, sterilization, a transducer line, and the top-level heart failure assembly lines. Pete is the holder of five U.S. patents for medical devices and materials. His motivation lies in assisting people, both within his business and in a broader context, through problem-solving and innovation. Outside of Robinson, Pete finds enjoyment in outdoor activities with family and friends, including hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, and any sport that involves water.

In 2022, Jeff assumed the role of General Manager at Robinson Rubber.

Before joining Robinson, Jeff accumulated over 30 years of experience in medical device contract manufacturing. During this time, he held technical and leadership positions in both engineering and manufacturing. His areas of focus included New Product Development, Production Operations, Continuous Improvement, Employee Development, and the integration of new technologies. Beyond his professional commitments, Jeff finds enjoyment in spending time with family and friends, engaging in various projects, and participating in outdoor activities.

Holly joined Robinson Rubber in 2023 and is responsible for the company’s Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions.

Prior to joining Robinson, Holly was Sales and Marketing Director of UltiMed, Inc. where she oversaw the company’s rapid expansion through new product and business development. Named as one of the ‘top 100 women in business excellence’ in 2020 by Drug Store News, Hartshorn brings an honesty-first, transparent, and enthusiastic approach to every customer interaction. Apart from Robinson, she is obsessed with all things dogs, coffee, games, and spending quality time with family and friends, including her two goldendoodles, Bubba & Ryder.
