Formulate

It is common to observe standard material formulations underperforming, while excessively engineered designs often fail to compensate adequately. Our specialty lies in offering extensive expertise in developing custom rubber formulations that meet even the most stringent specifications.
Prototype
Our ability to produce production intent prototypes from any material in our library of over 2,000 custom rubber, silicone, and thermoplastics saves even more time, allowing our customers to test fully functional prototypes early in the design process.
Test
The testing process for product and material development includes a wide range of services such as contact-free laser and vision inspection, advanced failure analysis technology, and simulations of real-world testing. These measures are put in place to ensure full confidence in the performance of the product in the field.
BUILD
Regardless of whether you’re producing a single component or a multifaceted assembly, we offer in-house capabilities for rubber, LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber), HCR (High Consistency Rubber), thermoplastic molding, insert molding, and the overmolding of dissimilar materials. Our expertise is tailored for large-scale production. We specialize in assembling precision components and our assembly services encompass both in-process and final testing stages.
